Handmade chocolates are the ultimate Valentine’s gift to show your partner, crush, kid, or mom that you truly care! In this online class, you'll learn how to make sweets for all the sweethearts in your life.
Your teacher will cover all the tips for creating delicious chocolate desserts, including how to temper chocolate and how to dip fresh and dried fruit. You will make a variety of chocolate treats, including a homemade classed-up take on a peanut butter cup. Finally, you’ll get scrappy, whipping up creative variations of chocolate bark with random ingredients you probably already have, and scraping up the last bit of melted chocolate.
Menu will include:
  • Almond Cookie Butter and Jam Cups in a Dark Chocolate Shell
  • Sweet, Salty, and Tangy Chocolate Bark
  • Chocolate Kissed Dried Fruit
  • Lacy Chocolate Snowflakes
At the end of your time, you'll have a delicious variety of chocolate desserts to enjoy and the skills to make them over and over again!

You will ask questions and challenge yourself and walk away with recipes and tools for your culinary tool belt.
Teaching Table classes are intentionally small, intimate learning experiences so that you get hands-on practice and personalized attention. Menus and instruction are tailored to participants’ dietary needs and preferences, cooking skills, and goals.
