There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta and creating it yourself. In this interactive virtual cooking class, Gourmand Award-winning chef Maria Benardis will teach you the art of pasta making.
You will learn how to make the perfect handmade pasta dough and transform it into Fettuccine and/or Pappardelle. The freshly made pasta will be accompanied by two classic sauces made from scratch: The classic burnt butter and sage (an olive oil alternative will also be shown) and basil pesto sauce.
No pasta maker is needed for this class, making it easy to do at home and recreate on your own. This class is perfect for at-home date nights or virtual team-building activities for your work-from-home crew.
During the cooking class, Maria will share her ancient Greek health and wellness wisdom and lively storytelling. This online pasta-making class is fully interactive and you'll be able to ask as many questions as you like while your chef walks you through each step of the pasta recipe.
