All you need is a freezer and a few fruity ingredients to make these delicious and healthy creations. You'll be guided at every step by chef Laura, who has tons of tips on how best to use and prepare your fruit.
Not only will you pick up some great recipes, but Laura will also teach you plenty of techniques that will help you build confidence in the kitchen and get to know your appliances.

Teaching Table classes are intentionally small, intimate learning experiences so that you get hands-on practice and personalized attention. Menus and instruction are tailored to participants’ dietary needs and preferences, cooking skills, and goals.
