Whatever your reason for eating plant-based and avoiding gluten, finding tasty recipes that fit your diet can sometimes be tricky. That's where this online baking class comes to the rescue with delicious dessert recipes that you will love.
In this beginner-friendly virtual experience, you will be following the expert guidance of Chef Laura. Picking up new skills in the world of sweet treats and developing your understanding of cooking with substitutes that make dishes vegan and gluten-free.

  • Flourless Chocolate Cake with Berry Coulis (contains eggs)
  • Bright Citrus Tarts with Toasted Pecan Crust
  • Apple Cider Poached Figs with Cashew Cream
You and your fellow alternative bakers will pick up loads of invaluable skills in seasonal produce and working with different flavors to make after-dinner treats that anyone would happily tuck into. It's also a great thing to do at home if you want to accommodate different guests at a party.

You will ask questions and challenge yourself and walk away with recipes and tools for your culinary tool belt.
Teaching Table classes are intentionally small, intimate learning experiences so that you get hands-on practice and personalized attention. Menus and instruction are tailored to participants’ dietary needs and preferences, cooking skills, and goals.
