Chef Angela-Michelle is the founder and CEO of Culinary Kisses LLC.
BACKGROUND
Chef Angela-Michelle has been cooking since the age of 6 and baking since she was 8 years old. I guess you can say she was “born to cook.” Her mom was a cook and a baker, and her dad was a chef. Not only was Angela-Michelle a product of a grand culinary creation, but she also spent half of her childhood on a family farm. That experience led her to have a great appreciation and understanding of how to grow fresh fruits and vegetables. As an adult, she's practiced and learned how to prepare dishes of various cultures and origins, while holding the integrity of its authentic flavor. All of this knowledge and experience has led Angela-Michelle to retire from her 25-yr modeling career and start her own cooking company, Culinary Kisses.
SKILLS
Chef Angela-Michelle has researched, practiced, trained, taught and traveled to gain her vast culinary knowledge. She a self-proclaimed foodie extremist who loves (and cooks) all kinds of cuisines including Mexican, Italian, Creole, French, Asian, Southern, Greek, Indian, Spanish and African. She is always thinking about how she can “create” a new culinary masterpiece. She also loves taking foods people don’t like and creating a dish that they love (while making it healthy too).
MEDIA
Chef Angela-Michelle has written numerous articles for the food and travel magazines, Cuisine Noir. She has also hosted several cooking and lifestyle TV shows including "Love, Life and Spices" that's about loving spices from around the world, and bringing them to life one dish at a time and "From the Catwalk to the Kitchen" showcasing the culinary fusion between food and fashion. Currently, she's hosting her show "Angela-Michelle's Flavors of Life" on her own platform.
