You will learn to make sushi rice, how to prepare fish, and all the tricks to make gorgeous sushi rolls.A culinary expert with Hipcooks will take you through all the tips and tricks for sushi making at home. In this class, you will be able to get creative with your sushi ingredients and make your own custom recipe or pick one off of your favorite sushi menu. Your DIY kit will come with all the unique sushi ingredients, so you don't need to worry about locating any specialty ingredients at your local grocery store.Enjoy sushi night with a group of friends for a memorable dinner party. • The class minimum is 10 students but if you are buying kits, the minimum is 6.
• Teacher needs two weeks to prepare and ship kits.
