In this highly interactive and hands-on class, Chef John will enrich you with tips and tricks for making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, to cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy-to-follow class will surely engage all your senses!
You will make three variations: California, Veggie, and Tuna Rolls. You are invited to let your creativity flow and try rolling with seaweed both inside and out and mix and match different ingredients to develop your own unique edition.
This is a great spin on your classic sushi date night idea. Learn a few new techniques, enjoy an engaging activity with your date, and leave recipes to recreate the experience again and again!
