Manhattan Zodiac is owned and operated by Katya Skye and Yana Nogid, a female duo on a mission to spread appreciation, knowledge, and elegance within the imbibe culture. Based out of San Francisco, MZ currently offers three mixology related services: bar consultancy, cocktail catering, and mixology experiences (cocktail workshops, online and in-person). Both founders come from a strong craft cocktail background, having work experience in New York and San Francisco high end bars and restaurants. Mixology fundamental techniques and theories are the basis to everything they do. Their most recent consulting projects have been developing cocktail recipes for Hotaling Co., a leading importer & distiller company in San Francisco, and an Amaro-based cocktail program for Sorella, the sister restaurant to the team behind Michelin star restaurant, Acquerello.
