Welcome to Kettl! Our education program is a curated collection of classes and events designed to share our deep knowledge of sourcing and serving Japanese tea with a global audience.
In 2010, founder and CEO Zach Mangan traveled to Japan in search of the finest teas, forming lasting relationships with the country’s top suppliers. Over the next decade, Zach and his wife Minami built Kettl into a multi-channel business dedicated to bringing authentic Japanese tea to a wider audience. Today, Kettl is featured in The New York Times, Bon Appétit, The Strategist, Wirecutter, Forbes, and Hypebeast. Our teas are served in some of the world’s most renowned restaurants, with our clients holding a combined 50 Michelin stars.
We take pride in offering the highest quality Japanese tea while honoring the craft, tradition, and stories of our suppliers. Welcome to Kettl and the world of Japanese tea!
