Hi, there! I'm Audrey, and I believe that everyone is creative, and my mission is to spark the creativity in all of us.
I come from a family with creative roots. But I wasn’t always an artist. Both of my paternal grandparents were painters, my grandmother specifically with watercolors. My parents have a fondness for music and the arts. Growing up, I played classical piano, attended choir, and frequented museums.
When my grandmother passed away in May 2016, I wanted to honour her memory by bringing back the creative side in me. It started with the bullet journal (because I’m also obsessed with planners and being organized), then calligraphy, and then watercolor. By the end of 2016, I wanted to continue on in this journey. And what you see now is the result of it.
These days, I enjoy leisurely walks through gardens and forest preserves and painting outdoors. I also can’t get enough of cat snuggles with Aslan. I’m obsessed with avocados, and can’t go a day without coffee.
