1.5 hours Class size 1 to 6 guests     $60

Bring characters to life and enjoy a creative experience with this papier mâché workshop in NYC. Artist Tom Sebazco will teach you how to make papier mâché sculptures using aluminum foil.
Tom will demo the technique and guide you through examples of past work to explore using papier mâché as a viable sculpture medium. The artist focuses on figurative works and masks, but you are free to choose your own subject matter. During the demonstration, you will have the opportunity to look at painting examples with acrylic tube paint.
This class is perfect for beginners and will take your traditional ideas of papier mâché to the next level. You will also receive all of the materials and tools needed to build a papier mâché sculpture to take home!
Once you are finished with your creation, you will leave your piece to dry over the course of 2-5 days.
