In this fun, hands-on, and unique cooking class, you’ll learn all the skills needed to make three beautiful types of sushi: Tuna Maki Roll, Sweet Potato Maki Roll, and a Salmon Yuke (tartare). You'll also make two traditional Peruvian pepper-based sauces to enjoy with your rolls.
This class is beginner-friendly. We prepare your station with all the supplies and fresh ingredients required to create your Peruvian-inspired sushi. This hands-on and creative environment is perfect for date nights, group events, or learning a new skill!
You will be seated with your booking party and socially distanced from other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+
