Whether you have been vegan for a long time or you are just contemplating making the change, plant-based baking can be a real challenge. In this online vegan baking class, you'll learn all about replacements for eggs, milk, and butter while making a delicious batch of filled cinnamon rolls.
Your expert instructor will walk you through how to build new flavors and textures using plant-based/vegan replacements for the usual butter, milk, and eggs as you use filled cinnamon rolls as your canvas. No baking experience is necessary to succeed in this class, as your instructor will show you everything step-by-step.
More than just a tutorial on vegan cinnamon rolls, this comprehensive virtual experience will give you an understanding of how each ingredient contributes to the final outcome of every baked good and how to choose the best replacement for any recipe. You'll get the low-down on when to use different plant milks, oils, and plant butters, and you'll learn several great substitutions for eggs.
You'll leave class with a pan of delicious filled and frosted cinnamon rolls, recipes, a vegan baking cheat sheet, and tons of skills and know-how to continue your vegan baking journey!
