What you'll do
This sewing super course in Brooklyn is for beginner's who'd like to learn the sewing skills to create any projects. We won't just be teaching sewing fundamentals, you'll be learning how to sew like a professional. From prom and wedding gowns to dog beds and clothes, t-shirts and knits, tailoring, alterations, gender affirming clothing, halloween costumes, wearable tech, daywear, beachwear and sewn sculpture, the possibilities are endless. The start of this course will cover foundational sewing concepts (5 sessions). Classes will get more advanced as you gain experience and you'll be able to take on bigger projects. You'll get priority booking with preferred instructors.This sewing course is for full skill development and big projects. You'll go beyond being a beginner.We have limited patterns, fabric, and pattern making supplies, and charge extra for these.For an additional fee, we can go shopping for you outside of class, or we can use time from one of your lessons to go fabric shopping with you.
