Embrace fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch in this Puerto Rican cooking class in NYC! In this class, you will learn how to make homemade Sofrito, Arroz Con Gandules, and a chicken vegetable stew. You will also learn to make homemade, Empanadas and tostones.
This is a beginner friendly class where you will learn how to cook in a fun and supportive environment. Your instructor will take you through each step in your Puerto Rican recipes, so you can finish with a delicious meal and the skills to recreate it on your own!
This is a hands-on class and a collaborative environment where you will work on the recipe with your fellow classmates. If you're looking for fun date ideas or things to do with friends in NYC, learn something new and enjoy a delicious dinner in this cooking class!
