Don't be afraid of the soufflé! Especially when you have a professional chef at your side! At this French cooking class, you'll learn the right materials to use for making soufflés and how to create three different kind of soufflés---a main course soufflé made with cheese, a classic chocolate soufflé, and a refreshing lemon soufflé with mixed berry sauce to conclude.
At the end of the class, you'll get indulge in your gorgeous soufflés and finish up with recipes and detailed instructions to prepare soufflés at home for your next brunch!
Please Note: All classes/events are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
Students work in groups of 4 (maximum).
BYOB: All events are "Bring Your Own Bottle”
IMPORTANT: In order to ensure a great experience for all, participants who arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled class time will not be permitted to join the class and will forfeit the class. No refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
**Kitchen will be open 10 minutes before the listed class time, and the class will start promptly at the listed time.
Refund/Reschedule Policy
We offer a 100% refund, minus a $25 service fee, for refund requests made no later than 5 days before the start of classes/events. No refunds/reschedule will be issued otherwise, unless the class/tasting has been canceled by Atelier Sucré, wherein 100% of the class and fee will be refunded.
