In just two hours, you’ll learn to make and enjoy three types of sushi rolls: a Salmon roll, Spicy Tuna hand-roll, and a "catch of the day" roll which will make use of fresh, locally sourced and sustainable ingredients. You're welcome to freestyle and prepare your rolls how you like them- with seaweed inside or out, vertical or horizontal. The possibilities are endless!

The nature of our classes is set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Outside drinks are not allowed, and drinks are not included in the ticket price. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
