Escape to the streets of Thailand without leaving New York City, as we create two heartwarming and flavor-packed classics: Pad Kee Mao (Thai Drunken Noodles) and Tom Yum Soup. Your cooking instructor will guide you through the cultural history of Thai cuisine and traditional techniques from the most authentic source!
In this fun and hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step in recreating these classic dishes. We will start with the popular wide rice noodle dish, Pad Kee Mow. Learn how to stir-fry the perfect combination of noodles, fresh veggies, and your choice of chicken or tofu in an authentic savory and spicy sauce.
Then, you'll learn how to make a bright and aromatic Tom Yum Soup with a rich and tangy broth infused with lemongrass, galangal, and lime juice. Who says cooking can't be fun? Once you have created your masterpieces, you will then plate, garnish, and enjoy tasting your creations with your newfound foodie friends!
If you're looking for unique culinary experiences in Manhattan, these casual and fun cooking class offer an unforgettable activity! From date ideas to birthday parties, you can learn how to cook Thai food and enjoy a delicious homemade meal with your group.
