Cara Bevilacqua started Coastal Design Workshops to spread her passion for bringing joy to others through creativity and craft. Cara's side hustle quickly evolved into a full-time business venture, where she now teaches the latest craft trends online all across the country. However, running this small business single-handedly does have its own set of challenges.

I like the ease of communicating with the prospective client via the dashboard and once booked, the fact that we can communicate directly with the client; it really creates a personal connection before the event and everyone is always so excited in anticipation. It makes the actual event so much more enjoyable because I feel like talking to friends.
I also like the ease of adding extra participants and charging for other extras, e.g., cold packs or extra chocolate boxes, etc.

I like that the site shares all customer information with me and does not try to hide anything. And the commission structure is very fair. Other sites I work with take much more. I would prefer to do all my business through ClassBento.
Also, the booking engine (widget) for my site works great.
Overall the experience is very positive and I also like that ClassBento donates a portion of proceeds to mental health organizations.
