A wonderful and educational class! EunYoung is very knowledgeable and patient as a teacher, she was so helpful teaching us all about matcha and how to make a proper cup. She went through the history, origins, types, and instruction on how to prepare matcha. I bought this course as a gift for my wife’s birthday and she enjoyed it a lot. I would recommend anyone who enjoys matcha to try this class. The shop she teaches in is cute too.

My teacher was Gerard, and he was warm, nurturing, enthusiastic, encouraging, skilled, and patient. This is a no-nonsense class where you really learn by doing.
