Cooking Class: Chinese from Scratch
We received this as a birthday gift and really enjoyed our experience with Grace. Her instructions were easy to follow and even as people who cook a lot we learned quite a bit during this class. The food was all delicious and we had plenty of Dan Dan noodles, chili oil and egg tarts to take home, so don’t forget Tupperware. Sumingashi is the easiest as it only requires ink and water. She showed us examples of her paper marbling art. She is very creative. I like the venue as it breathed crafting & art. I purchased the class as a birthday gift for a friend. We both enjoyed the class. We learned how to do sumanigashi or Japanese ink paper marbling. I like how easy it was to create marbled pieces. I like how it doesn't require that many materials to continue doing it. I would definited do another class with Leah. I'm looking forward to doing arts/crafts classes through ClassBento. + more

Our instructor Arlene was so helpful, funny, inspiring, and had a great taste in music. The effort was somehow both easier and harder than expected (my arms are spaghetti), but the teacher was available to help if you were struggling. My wife and I took the pet bowl class for an upcoming holiday gift exchange, and we were really happy with our decision! Natalie was very nice, helpful, and imformative and created a fun, relaxing environment. I'd never really worked in clay and by the end of the class I was quickly putting together my second bowl without much help or instruction! Two hours went by in a flash, I'd definitely recommend to anybody who wants to spend an afternoon crafting creatively.
